Packaging and brand collateral for international consulting firm focusing on leadership development and self knowledge. Textures and rich, tone-on-tone colors provided a high-end, high-touch feel that matched the sophisticated level of thinking and care put into client relationships. Metaphorical images and amorphous forms were meant to spark creative thinking. With a subtle visual nod to Rorschach ink blot tests, the design was based on the idea that the viewer’s personal read would be unique to their experience and perspective.
While the company went through several name changes (as you can see by logo evolutions), the brand message stayed the same. Our design team became the creative team for the larger, multi-billion dollar consulting form who acquired us, eventually becoming a revenue-generating center within the larger company.
